sismointernational.com uses SSL Encryption Technology via Shopify, which is the industry standard. SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) is a protocol developed for the transmission of private information over the internet. 

Responsibility 
Sismointernational.com sells products to adults who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use sismointernational.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, remove or edit content or cancel orders at anytime. If we have reason to suspect a risk of fraud associated with your order, we will contact you - please respond promptly - if you don’t, we’ll cancel the order.

Purchase for Personal Use Only 
You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation. 

Shipping 

Order within the USA are $9 and  Free on orders of $150 or more. 
International orders are $25 and Free on orders of $200 or more.

 

Note: International shipments are subject to duties and taxes that the customer is responsible for paying
Delivery Method and Timing Info
All orders and shipped via USPS, UPS and DHL. International rates may vary depending on size and weight.  Please allow 15 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 15 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.



Sales Tax 
Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state of California. All products and shipping are subjugated to a California sales tax of 9.75%. 

Sales tax is not charged to orders shipped to states outside of California.
